Our aim is to provide a safe and caring environment for young people aged between 16 and 25 who are leaving care either from residential or fostering environment into our semi-independent service.
Our highly experienced and diversely equipped team helps us cover a range of problem areas such as mental health, substance abuse, and financial education.
We believe all adults, children and young people should be able to live free from fear or harm and have their rights and choices respected enabling them to live independent lives. In promoting a safe environment across our organisation, we welcome supporting vulnerable young people who may identify as from underrepresented groups.
Our ethos is to ensure anyone regardless of their age, gender, sexual identification, religion, physical disability, mental health disability and way of life has equal access to all opportunities to ensure full participation in society.
